Satisfaction guaranteed

We guarantee your satisfaction with the process. Obviously, we cannot guarantee any particular opinion, or financial result, but we can guarantee you will be completely satisfied with the quality of our work. If you ever feel Taylor, Roth and Company's price exceeds the value of the services we have provided, pay only the value you perceive for that service.

Payment schedule

Normally, we bill three-quarters of the fee on completion of the fieldwork to reflect the work performed, and bill the remainder with the completion of the exit conference. If this schedule does not work well for you, we are open to other arrangements. Simply write your preferred payment schedule on the last page of the engagement letter before you return a copy of it to us.

Competent staffing

We work exclusively with nonprofit organizations. Our staff is properly trained and current in non-profit issues.

Consistent staffing

We staff your job consistently from year to year. Several people participate on each job, so the people assigned to your job will always be familiar with your operations, even if there is a change at our firm.

Questions during the year

Call us anytime about anything, you will not be billed. If the call initiates an additional project that should be billed separately, we will discuss that with you in advance of performing the extra work.
