Denver, CO CPA for Nonprofit Organizations / Taylor, Roth and Company, CPAs

Client Portal:
For over twenty years, we have worked exclusively with nonprofit organizations.  We feel strongly about the value of the long-term relationships we are able to establish with clients, since the quality of accounting and management advice you receive relates directly to your auditor's familiarity with your operations.  We provide service throughout the year, not just annually for an audit.  We measure the success of our approach by the number of clients that return to us year after year.  We have many clients that have been with us for ten years and more.

We are committed to providing a quality product and experience.  To make the information we provide as useful and accessible as possible, we have developed a set of supplemental graphs, which are a standard part of every engagement we do.  These graphs illustrate changes and relationships for key sections of the financial statements.  To help you prepare for the engagement, we send a preparation checklist to you ahead of time.  We guarantee, in writing, you will be pleased with the quality of our work.  We invite you find out more about us and how we can help, on the pages of this website.

How we do it

We work with Denver Metro area clients from the Denver office and Southwestern Colorado clients from the Durango office.  We travel to other areas, or work digitally from off-site.

We take advantage of current technology, linking the audit software with report preparation to provide a smooth process.  All our auditors have either received their CPA certificates, or are working toward their certification.

Fees

We perform audits and for fixed fees, with no additional billings for additional report copies, or phone calls during the year.  The first year we make our best estimate of the the time required to do your job and set the fee accordingly.  After the first year of doing a job, we have a better feel for the amount of work required on a continuing basis.  We adjust future fees accordingly, but in no case will the fee increase or decrease by more than 20% in any one year, for the same level of work.
