IRS Form 990s are done at the Denver office. They are currently being done by Jamie or Janis.  They are then reviewed by Ken, Diane, or Warren.  You send us your information. We prepare a draft of the 990 with all attachments and supporting schedules and send it to you, along with a list of any remaining questions. You answer the questions. We finish the return.  We sign as preparer, and send the completed 990 to you to sign and file.
